We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build and maintain robust relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making outbound calls, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer-centric thinking, and the ability to maintain skilled relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and customer engagement targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, and Internet).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
