Job Description – Staff Nurse

Position: Staff Nurse

Educational Qualification
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the respective State Nursing Council.
Freshers are eligible to apply.

Job Responsibilities
Provide secure and compassionate nursing care to patients.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
Assist doctors during procedures and examinations.
Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records, and documentation.
Follow infection prevention and control practices.
Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain hand hygiene.
Assist patients with daily care and comfort needs.
Monitor patients for changes in condition and immediately report concerns to the doctor/senior nurse.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the nursing unit.
Handle and maintain nursing equipment and supplies.
Follow medication safety and hospital nursing protocols.




Educate patients and attendants regarding basic care and instructions.
Coordinate with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, and other hospital departments.
Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct.
Participate in shift handovers and maintain continuity of patient care.

Preferred Candidate

A fresh GNM/B.Sc. Nursing graduate with a positive attitude, good clinical fundamentals, and willingness to develop qualified nursing skills in a hospital environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
