Position: Operator - NAPS.

Department: Production (Machine Shop – CNC & VMC)

Reporting To: Supervisor

Location: Thirumudivakkam, Chennai – 44

Job Overview

Responsible for operating CNC and VMC machines to produce components as per drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC/VMC machines as per instructions.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Perform machine cleaning and basic housekeeping.
Ensure correct setting parameters are used (under guidance).
Follow SOP, work instruction, safety and quality procedures.
Maintain machine cleanliness and support 5S activities
Report abnormalities to the Supervisor.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic Safety, Kaizen.
Ability to read basic measurements
Discipline and focus on productivity

Education & Experience
- ITI / Diploma / Engineering / Any science graduate
0–2 years of experience in CNC / VMC machine operation
