Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food as per recipes and quality standards.
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure proper mise en place and timely food preparation.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and minimize food wastage.
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a Hotel/Restaurant or Hospitality Industry.
Valuable knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Strong teamwork and discipline.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen environment.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
