Key Responsibilities
Oversee and continuously optimize store performance indicators such as product visibility, inventory accuracy, delivery serviceability and checkout usability to ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to minimize out-of-stock issues and maintain high levels of item availability and order fulfilment accuracy.
Manage and update food product listings, including high-quality images, engaging and SEO-optimized descriptions, nutritional information and pricing across e-commerce platforms.
Ensure alignment of product content with brand guidelines and compliance with platform requirements.
Liaise closely with the CRM and Customer Support teams to resolve escalations, address queries and implement proactive measures for improving customer satisfaction and retention.
Track and analyse key e-commerce KPIs, including conversion rates, traffic sources, bounce rates, sales velocity,



cart abandonment and customer lifetime value.
Partner with Marketing, Digital Innovation, CRM and Operations teams to execute coordinated campaigns, promotions and strategic initiatives.
Analyse sales data, customer buying patterns, category trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product optimization, bundling, pricing strategy and channel growth.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate, a degree in e-commerce, Marketing or Hotel Management is preferred.
Robust ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
