Receive inbound calls from clients.
Clearly understand customer enquiries.
Offer possible / best solutions towards travels itineraries / fares / ancillary services.
Ensure possibilities of upsell & markups.
To convert enquiries into actionable sales with total customer satisfaction.
Responsible for issuing domestic / international tickets.
Ensure payment collection & invoicing of sales.
Dispatch of tickets to clients & after sales service.
Excellent communication / exchange of information with UK Head office.
Meticulous office record keeping
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Gurugram, Haryana (Gurugram): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
ONLINE SALES: 1 year (Preferred)
