Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers professionally and understand their jewellery requirements.
Assist customers in selecting suitable gold jewellery based on their preferences, occasion, and budget.
Explain product details including design, purity, weight, pricing, making charges, and offers.
Demonstrate jewellery collections and provide suitable recommendations.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling and upselling.
Promote matching products and encourage cross-selling.
Build robust relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Assist with billing, invoicing, payment, exchange, and return procedures as per company policy.
Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery counters.
Assist in stock checking, product arrangement, tagging, and inventory-related activities.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with customers regarding new collections and offers.
Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery products.
Maintain a polite, skilled, and customer-friendly approach at all times.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
