About KTEIN:

KTEIN is a growing haircare and hair-styling brand offering innovative products across leading e-commerce platforms. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to manage our social media presence and influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach relevant influencers, hairstylists and content creators
Pitch paid, barter and commission-based collaboration opportunities
Negotiate collaboration terms and regularly follow up with influencers
Coordinate product dispatches, content briefs, posting schedules and approvals
Maintain and update the influencer database and collaboration tracker
Manage KTEIN’s social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook
Plan and publish posts, reels, stories and promotional content regularly
Create monthly social media calendars based on campaigns, trends and festivals




Respond to comments and messages while maintaining a skilled brand voice
Track influencer content, referral-code performance, reach and engagement
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Coordinate with the design, e-commerce and marketing teams
Stay updated with social media trends, viral content and competitor activities

Candidate Requirements:
Positive written and verbal communication skills
Confidence in approaching and negotiating with influencers
Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, reels, stories and influencer marketing
Creative thinking and knowledge of current social media trends
Strong follow-up, coordination and relationship-management skills
Basic knowledge of Canva and video-editing tools will be preferred
Freshers with relevant skills and enthusiasm may also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
