Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support their needs.
Assist in the audit process and address audit queries.
Process monthly payroll, ensure accurate salary calculations, reimbursements, incentives, and statutory deductions.




Coordinate with HR for attendance, leave records, employee perks, and payroll-related documentation.
Ensure timely payment of salaries and compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other payroll statutory requirements.
Prepare payroll reports and maintain employee payroll records confidentially.
Stay updated with financial regulations, payroll compliance, and best practices.
Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com or M.Com).
1 - 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
Experience in a digital marketing company would be a plus
