Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Manager – B2B Sales to lead business development and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and sales team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and acquire current corporate/business clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, meetings, and other channels.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management,



or a related field.
5–10 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience handling corporate clients and senior decision-makers.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
