Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design and execute high-quality residential projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute high-quality residential projects including villas, apartments, and renovations.
Prepare concept designs, working drawings, and construction drawings.
Coordinate with clients, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Conduct site visits to ensure quality execution and resolve technical issues.
Manage project timelines and ensure timely project delivery.

Mandatory Requirements
B.Arch degree.
Candidate must have experience in designing and executing high-quality residential projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Lumion/Enscape or V-Ray.
Solid knowledge of residential construction, materials, and finishes.
Excellent communication, client-handling, and project coordination skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
