Coordinate the hiring process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting current-hire orientations.
Maintain and update personnel files, attendance records, and leave balances in the HR Information System.
Assist the finance team by providing monthly attendance inputs, managing perks administration, and processing employee insurance claims
Serve as the first point of contact for staff queries regarding company policies, grievances, and exit formalities.
Ensure all HR practices align with local labor laws and employment regulations
Oversee office upkeep, security, and facility operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
