Job Summary : We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Assistant Director to lead our international channel sales efforts. With a minimum of six years of experience in the international sales domain, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships, expanding channel networks, and achieving sales objectives across global markets. This role demands strong leadership skills, exceptional cross-cultural communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of international sales practices.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet international business objectives.
Identify and onboard recent channel partners in target regions to expand market reach.
Foster robust relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and mutual growth.
Collaborate with internal teams,



including marketing, product, and operations, to support channel partner success.
Analyze global market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and policies.
Represent the organization at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 6+ years of proven experience in international sales.
Deep understanding of global market dynamics, channel sales models, and B2B sales processes.
