REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Robust knowledge of transportation and logistics operations
Experience in warehouse and inventory management
Good leadership and team management skills
Solid planning and coordination abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent operations
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Knowledge of dispatch, delivery, and vehicle management
Basic knowledge of inventory systems and documentation
Positive computer skills, including MS Excel and reporting, Emails and PPT
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Graduate preferred, with relevant qualifications or experience in:
Logistics
Supply Chain Management
Transportation
Warehouse Management
Business Administration
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
5–10 years of relevant experience in Transportation, Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain Operations, preferably in a supervisory or branch management role.
Overall Responsibility
The Branch Incharge – Hoshiarpur will be the primary person responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, safe, and cost-effective functioning of the Branch. The role requires complete ownership of transportation and warehouse operations while ensuring timely deliveries, proper inventory management, staff discipline, customer satisfaction, and effective coordination with Senior Management.
The Branch Incharge is expected to take proactive ownership of all operational challenges and ensure that issues are resolved promptly without adversely affecting customer service or business operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
