The Branch Head will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the branch. The role includes achieving branch targets, mobilizing Savings, RD and FD deposits, promoting loan products, and ensuring proper loan collection and recovery. The Branch Head should maintain positive relationships with customers and members, guide and monitor branch staff, assign daily duties, and ensure smooth branch operations. They should also handle customer complaints, check documents and records, monitor daily business activities, conduct field visits when required, and coordinate with the Head Office. The Branch Head is responsible for the overall growth, discipline, customer service, and target achievement of the branch while following the rules and policies of the Multi-State Co-operative Society.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
