Navicrow Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is a travel company specializing in holiday packages and travel experiences. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to join our team in Dehradun.
Job Responsibilities
Handle custom
er enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Understand customers' travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
Prepare customized itineraries and travel quotations.
Explain package details, pricing, inclusions, hotels, transportation, and other services to customers.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth trip planning.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and bookings.
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
Previous experience in travel sales, holiday packages, tourism, or a related field will be an advantage.
Knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations is preferred.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp and email.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
