Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, staff scheduling, and workflow management
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff; conduct performance reviews
Ensure exceptional customer service; resolve complaints professionally and promptly
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and food safety compliance
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and control waste
Achieve sales targets and profitability goals through effective business strategies
Prepare and manage store budgets, track revenue/expenses, and submit performance reports
Implement marketing promotions and local community engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations




Ensure high-quality customer service at all times.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor customer feedback, online reviews, and service-related concerns.
Take necessary action to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Lead, motivate, and manage the complete store team.
Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper manpower deployment.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
