WE’RE HIRING | DCDP (DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE)
Location: Chandigarh
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare food according to recipes and quality standards.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Ensure proper mise en place and timely food preparation.
Monitor stock and minimize food wastage.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
Support and coordinate with the kitchen team during service.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in a Hotel/Restaurant or Hospitality Industry.
Positive knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen environment.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
