Are you passionate about Sales, Marketing, and Business Development? We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our network, build robust relationships, and drive student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Visit colleges, educational institutions, and corporate organizations to generate leads.
Schedule appointments with key decision-makers and conduct seminars and presentations.
Develop creative lead generation strategies through networking events, education fairs, and digital campaigns.
Counsel prospective students and convert leads into successful enrollments.
Build and maintain robust relationships with colleges and institutional partners.




Collaborate with the Marketing and Admissions teams to improve student engagement and conversions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business development reports.
Achieve monthly admission and business development targets.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Field Sales, or Educational Sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong lead generation and relationship-building abilities.
Confidence in conducting seminars and public presentations.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel for college visits and promotional activities.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in the Education, Training, EdTech, or Service Industry is an added advantage.
Candidates with Field Marketing, Admission Counselling, Business Development, or Educational Sales experience are encouraged to apply.
