Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive – Air Operations with 3–4 years of experience in international air freight operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing US trade lane shipments, strong knowledge of AIR AMS and ACAS filing requirements, and expertise in handling both E-commerce and traditional freight. The role requires close coordination with customers, airlines, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective shipment execution.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end air export and import operations for US trade lane shipments.
Prepare, verify, and process shipment documentation in compliance with international regulations.
Handle AIR AMS and ACAS filings accurately and within regulatory timelines.
Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth shipment movement.
Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Resolve operational issues, shipment exceptions, and customer escalations promptly.
Handle both E-commerce and traditional air freight shipments while ensuring service quality and adherence to SLAs.
Ensure compliance with airline, customs, and international trade regulations.




Maintain operational records and prepare shipment-related reports.
Work closely with sales and customer service teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Business preferred).
3–4 years of experience in international air freight operations.
Solid knowledge of US trade lane operations.
Hands-on experience with AIR AMS and ACAS filing processes.
Experience handling E-commerce and traditional freight shipments.
Good understanding of international shipping documentation and customs procedures.
Proficiency in freight forwarding software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.

Preferred Skills
Experience with multiple airline carriers and freight forwarding operations.
Customer-focused approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
