Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with 5+ years of experience in the construction industry to identify recent business prospects, develop client relationships, generate leads, and drive project sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of the construction and real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid client acquisition and relationship-management skills.
Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.




Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing skills.

Preferred Candidates
Experience in construction contracting, residential/commercial projects, or real estate development.
Existing network of clients, architects, consultants, developers, or corporate customers will be an advantage.
Candidates with a proven track record of bringing construction projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
