We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to handle daily financial transactions in a hospitality setting. The role involves managing cash, processing payments, and ensuring accurate billing while providing excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payments from guests/customers
Generate bills, invoices, and receipts accurately
Maintain daily cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures
Perform opening and closing cash balance checks
Reconcile cash drawers and report discrepancies, if any
Coordinate with accounts team for daily transaction reports
Ensure all transactions are recorded in the system accurately
Assist guests with billing queries and provide prompt resolution
Follow company policies and financial procedures strictly
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter
Key Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th / Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of experience as a cashier, preferably in hospitality
Positive numerical and cash handling skills
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Valuable communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
