Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic BDA / Student Counsellor responsible for guiding students in their academic and career choices.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students regarding their academic and career options through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assess students' skill sets and provide guidance on how to utilize them effectively.
Conduct pre-departure counseling to align student expectations with reality.
Meet assigned sales targets while delivering exceptional client service.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Excellent communication, convincing, and problem-solving skills.
Solid selling and negotiation abilities with a focus on customer service.
Self-motivated, results-oriented professional capable of delivering under pressure.
