Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and courteous manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products based on their preferences and budget.
Explain product features, designs, pricing, making charges, and other applicable details to customers.
Handle counter sales and ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
Maintain proper product display and ensure the sales counter remains organized.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Follow up with prospective customers and support the achievement of sales targets.
Coordinate with the billing and other showroom teams for smooth order processing.
Maintain accurate sales and customer-related records as required.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Follow all showroom policies, security procedures,



and jewellery handling guidelines.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of jewellery products and showroom sales.
Confident, presentable, and qualified personality.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a target-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of billing and sales processes will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience in a jewellery showroom, particularly in counter sales or customer handling, will be preferred.

Job Location:- Hazratganj and Gomtinagar Lucknow

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
