N n Who are we looking for?
NAn experienced inside-sales professional who meets the following criteria:

- n
- Minimum one year of experience in EdTech, SaaS, insurance, banking, or healthcare sales. N




- Skilled communication skills in English and Tamil (Mandatory). N
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. N

n Roles & Responsibilities:
N
- n
- Handle 100+ outbound calls per day to qualify leads and achieve targets set by management. N
- Connecting with clients(students & parents) and fixing demo sessions with our mentoring team through calls, messages & emails. N
- Building a strong connection with(clients) students and parents, rapport building, analyzing goals, needs, and capabilities of clients. N
- Following up with clients to clear their concerns and handling negotiations. N
- Meeting sales and revenue goals as per the sales plan (weekly and monthly) N
- Clear documentation of the entire customer journey with precise reasoning in each stage of the sales funnel. N
