Position: Architect — US Outsourcing Team
Experience: 1–2 years

About the Role
We're looking for an architect to join our team supporting US-based projects. This is a design-and-documentation role, not a pure modeling position — we need someone who understands architecture, not just software.

Responsibilities
Support design development, detailing, and construction documentation for US projects
Coordinate drawings across disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.)
Translate design intent into accurate, buildable documentation
Communicate directly with US-based architects/clients on project requirements and revisions

Requirements
Bachelor's in Architecture, 1–2 years skilled experience
Solid working knowledge of Revit/BIM workflows
Demonstrated involvement in design decisions — not limited to model population or drafting execution
Ability to explain design reasoning (massing, materiality, detailing)



for past project work, not just describe deliverables produced
Comfortable working with US project standards, codes, and documentation formats (or willing to learn quickly)
Solid communication skills — this role involves direct coordination with overseas teams

What We're NOT Looking For
Candidates whose experience is limited to pure LOD modeling/BIM population without design input
Purely production-focused Revit technicians with no design development exposure
