We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to manage a team of sales specialists, drive revenue growth, and ensure successful lead conversion for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales executives/consultants
Drive team sales targets and ensure revenue achievement
Support team members in lead conversion and deal closures
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
Monitor daily team performance and maintain sales reports
Coordinate with pre-sales and marketing teams for lead management
Develop strategies to improve team productivity and conversions
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams
Key Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team handling skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Valuable knowledge of real estate sales process
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Ability to manage high-pressure sales workplace
Experience Required:
5–6+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience
Only candidates from Real Estate industry will be considered
