Billing & Administrative Executive

AMC Super Specialty Hospital – Tiruppur

AMC Super Specialty Hospital is looking for a Billing & Administrative Executive to join our hospital team. This is a multi-functional administrative position, and the selected candidate will be placed in the area that best matches their skills, experience, aptitude, and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Handle patient billing, registration, and related documentation.
Assist with admission and discharge processes.
Coordinate with billing, reception, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, insurance/TPA, and other departments.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation.
Handle billing transactions, receipts, and basic reconciliation as required.
Provide administrative and operational support to various hospital departments.
Communicate professionally with patients, attendants, doctors, and staff.
Take up additional responsibilities based on the candidate's capabilities and hospital requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.




Freshers with valuable communication and computer skills may be considered; relevant hospital/healthcare experience will be an advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Positive numerical, organizational, and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hospital environment and coordinate with multiple departments.
Candidates who are residents of Tiruppur or the surrounding area are preferred.
Willingness to take on varied administrative responsibilities and learn different hospital processes.

Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Flexibility: This is a multi-functional position. The final assignment will be based on the candidate's qualification, experience, aptitude, communication skills, and suitability for different hospital administrative functions.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
