We are looking for a responsible and active Manpower Supervisor to supervise and coordinate labourers working at our client sites. The supervisor will be responsible for regular site visits, checking employee attendance, verifying employee documents/proof, coordinating with workers and clients, and reporting daily activities to the concerned authority.

Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned client sites regularly to supervise deployed labourers.
Monitor and verify daily attendance of employees.
Check and collect required employee proof/documents as instructed by the company.
Supervise migrant labourers and assist with their basic coordination and documentation requirements.
Check whether employees are reporting to duty properly and on time.
Coordinate with client representatives regarding manpower and attendance.
Identify absenteeism, replacements and other manpower-related issues.
Maintain accurate employee and attendance records.




Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the concerned authority/management.
Communicate employee issues and site-related matters to the office.
Ensure workers follow the instructions and requirements of the client site.
Handle other manpower supervision duties assigned by management.

Requirements
Must have a two-wheeler/bike and a valid driving licence.
Hindi language is mandatory – candidate must be able to communicate with Hindi-speaking/migrant labourers.
Willingness to travel to client sites regularly.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage and supervise a group of labourers.
Basic knowledge of attendance, employee records and documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
