Job Summary

Catalyst Education is hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associates (BDA) for our Calicut team. The role involves lead conversion, student counselling, follow-ups, and driving admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students and parents through calls and direct interactions.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Convert qualified leads into admissions.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams.
Maintain regular reports on leads, follow-ups,



and conversions.

Requirements
Any Degree preferred.
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of sales/EdTech experience can apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales workplace.
Prior EdTech, education, inside sales, or counselling experience is an advantage.
