Job Description – IT Hardware & Network Executive

Position: IT Hardware & Network Executive

Location: Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Responsibilities :
Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain computers, laptops, printers and other IT hardware.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Manage office LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and basic network infrastructure.
Configure and troubleshoot Windows systems, drivers, applications and peripherals.
Handle system formatting, OS installation, software installation and updates.
Maintain IT assets, inventory and records.
Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT issues.
Troubleshoot internet, connectivity, printer and network-related problems.
Support CCTV, biometric systems and other office IT equipment, if required.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware,



networking and maintenance requirements.
Ensure proper security, backup and maintenance of company systems.

Required Skills :
Positive knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
Knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers and switches.
Hands-on experience with Windows installation and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of network security and troubleshooting tools.
Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple technical issues independently.

Qualification :

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking or a related field.

Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+ or Network+ will be an advantage.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
