We are a Pune-based CRM consulting firm. For over 7 years we've helped 135+ businesses across India choose, set up, and actually use a CRM. We work with Sangam CRM and Sanchay CRM, a specialised system built for mutual fund distributors.

We're looking for someone to join our implementation and support team. You'll be trained on the product from scratch — no prior CRM experience needed. What we need is someone who picks things up quickly, communicates clearly, and stays patient with customers.

Key responsibilities:
Set up and configure CRM accounts for new customers — user creation, data import, workflows, reports, and email/telephony integration
Handle customer support queries over call, email, and WhatsApp,



and resolve or escalate them within committed timelines
Conduct online and in office training sessions for customer teams so they use the CRM confidently day to day
Track customer usage after go-live and proactively follow up with accounts where adoption is low
Maintain documentation, help guides, and configuration records for every customer account

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
