About the job

Key responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a presentable setting.
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility requirements, tuition fees, and career prospects.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and in-person inquiries related to admissions and enrollment processes.
Engage with prospective students and applicants to facilitate successful enrollment.
Maintain and update student data and interactions in CRM systems.
Assist students throughout the application and enrollment process.

Effective Communication MS-Office
