Urban Hungry Media is looking for a Design Team Lead who can lead the design team while also being hands-on with creative execution across digital, branding and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and mentor the design team
Allocate work, review designs and ensure timely delivery
Create high-quality creatives for social media, ads and campaigns
Develop branding, packaging, marketing and campaign assets
Maintain consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints
Handle multiple projects and manage deadlines
Stay updated with design trends, AI tools and emerging formats

Required Skills
Strong command of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Good knowledge of Canva




Solid understanding of typography, colour, layout & composition
Experience creating social media & performance marketing creatives
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

We’re looking for someone who can lead the team, take ownership and maintain both speed and quality in a quick-paced agency environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
