Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain solid relationships with companies and HR specialists.
Identify and generate new job and internship opportunities for students.
Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement activities.
Collect and maintain updated student placement and employment records.
Coordinate with companies regarding job requirements, interview schedules, and candidate profiles.
Prepare and share suitable student profiles/resumes with recruiters.
Conduct regular placement training, including interview preparation, resume building, and communication skills.
Follow up with placed students and companies to ensure smooth joining.
Organize placement drives and recruitment events at the institute and partner companies.
Build and maintain a database of companies, recruiters, vacancies, and placement outcomes.
Coordinate with faculty and management regarding student readiness and placement requirements.
Achieve monthly placement and corporate tie-up targets.
Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly placement reports for management.
Support MoU and corporate partnership activities related to placements.
Take initiatives to improve the overall placement percentage and student employability.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
1–3 years of experience in placement, recruitment, HR, corporate relations, or a similar role preferred.
Experience in an educational/training institute will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
