We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain customer relationships. The candidate should possess positive communication skills and the ability to convince customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
Explain company products/services clearly
Generate leads and follow up on prospects
Maintain customer database and call records
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when needed
Coordinate with sales and support teams
Required Skills
Valuable verbal communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Convincing and negotiation skills
Active listening ability
Time management and teamwork
Knowledge of CRM/software is an advantage
Qualification
Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
