Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Team Lead to guide our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales, team management, and a results-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the customer base
Identify recent business opportunities and markets for packaging products
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients
Train, guide, and support team members to improve their sales skills and productivity
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present performance updates to management
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly
Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and industry trends
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role (preferred)
Solid leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; CRM experience is a plus
Two-wheeler with valid license preferred (for client visits)
Candidates from the packaging/manufacturing industry will be given preference
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on relevant experience and interview performance
