Job Summary :

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, developing recent business, and driving sales of industrial laser machines, including Laser Cutting, Laser Marking, and Laser Welding systems.

The role involves understanding customer manufacturing needs, proposing suitable laser solutions, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new customers in manufacturing sectors such as automotive, electronics, fabrication, aerospace, medical devices, and tooling.

Promote and sell laser cutting, marking, and welding machines to OEMs, SMEs, and industrial clients.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for machines, accessories, and services.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.

Customer Engagement Visit customer sites to understand applications, production requirements, and technical challenges.

Explain machine features, benefits, and ROI to customers in a transparent and skilled manner.

Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate sample trials when required.

Build strong relationships with decision-makers, engineers, and procurement teams.

Technical & Commercial Support Work closely with the application and service teams to propose optimal laser solutions.





Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and negotiate pricing and terms.

Assist customers through the sales cycle from inquiry to order closure.

Support customers during installation handover and initial commissioning phase.

Coordination & ReportingMaintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and service teams for timely delivery.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products.

Experience: 2–5 years of sales experience in industrial machinery, capital equipment, CNC, automation, or laser system.

Freshers with robust technical knowledge and sales aptitude may also be considered

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Ready to Work on Target Basis

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
