Role Overview
A senior Project Manager with a minimum of 12+ years of delivery management experience to support Channels delivery and implementation. A robust background in Retail banking, preferably Channels, is required, along with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between project outcomes and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery and implementation of Channels-related initiatives across Retail Banking
Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between project outcomes and business objectives
Own stakeholder engagement with senior leadership, operations, and technology teams
Track and report delivery progress using Jira
Support global, multi-market delivery coordination where applicable
Required / Must-Have Skills
Minimum 12+ years of delivery management experience
Solid background in Retail banking, preferably Channels
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and align project outcomes with business objectives
Robust stakeholder management skills able to engage senior leadership, operations, and technology teams
Strong Jira skills
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
Global delivery experience (multi-market working model) preferred
Awareness of the clients core systems and an ability to join early is highly desirable
