We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, build a solid talent pipeline, and drive hiring strategies for Elysium Group of Companies, Madurai.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals
Conduct telephonic and in-person screenings to assess candidate fitment
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and business heads
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Handle bulk hiring, walk-in drives, and campus recruitment activities
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ATS, and hiring dashboards
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining formalities




Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Track and report recruitment metrics — TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline status

Required Skills
MBA in HR is manadatory.
2+ years of talent acquisition experience preferably in EdTech / IT-Non IT Services / Education domain
Proven track record in handling high-volume recruitment and walk-in drives
Experience in handling multiple roles simultaneously across different business verticals.
