Healthcare Operations & Growth Manager

We’re building a rapid-growing healthcare & wellness business across Nashik & Pune — dental, skin, hair, laser and wellness.

Looking for someone who enjoys people, business and solving problems.

You’ll work directly with the founder to:
Run and improve clinic operations
Build, train and lead teams
Drive revenue and KPIs
Solve real business problems
Build systems and help us scale

Who fits?

Healthcare/hospital/clinic management experience matters more to us than degrees. MBA/MHA/MHM/Healthcare/Marketing backgrounds are a plus, but proven management ability wins.

This is not a routine 9–5 job. If you like ownership, learning, people and building things, you’ll enjoy this role.

Location: Nashik, with occasional Pune travel
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month
