Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Follow up with existing leads and customers.
Answer customer questions and resolve basic queries.
Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Confident and polite speaking skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
