Position: Senior Manager u2013 Planning (Formulation/API)
Department: Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Location: Hyderabad u2013 In office
Reporting To: General Manager u2013 SCM Key Responsibilities S&OP; & Strategic Planning
Manage S&OP;, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and production planning.
Ensure optimum capacity utilization, timely delivery, and inventory control.
Develop effective planning strategies based on business requirements. Formulation Planning
Lead end-to-end planning for formulation manufacturing across multiple sites.
Align production plans with business, customer, and supply chain requirements.
Monitor production schedules and address planning-related gaps. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Production, Quality,



Procurement, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.
Ensure smooth coordination to achieve operational and supply chain objectives.
Resolve planning issues through effective stakeholder management. Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement process improvements.
Drive operational excellence and planning efficiency.
