Required relevant experience in handling large size STP Projects as Construction Manager.
Preparing Daily, Monthly and Quarterly execution schedule to achieve project Time Line.
Oversee daily in office construction activities to ensure compliance with Quality norms and safety regulations.
Monitoring of site progress as per planning schedule. Handling site execution team and labors.
Manage the billing processes for both the client and contractors.
Coordination between Execution Staff and Vendors.
Lead the mobilization and demobilization of manpower, equipment, and resources as per project needs.
Ensuring smooth project Execution.
