We are a leading staffing firm hiring on behalf of one of our clients in the BPO sector in Mohali (Punjab). The ideal candidate should have robust written communication skills and a customer-first attitude to support high-quality customer service.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Resolve customer queries, concerns, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate call records and regularly update customer information in the CRM.
Adhere to company policies, processes, scripts, and quality standards.
Achieve daily and weekly targets related to call handling, productivity, and service quality.
Deliver a positive customer experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
