Mission: Responsible for industrializing tire components and to provide required support during normal production

Key Responsibilities

Defining industrialization plan according to risk analysis and actions planning for mitigation

Technical problem-solving using tools and methods

Creation and evolution of referential

Capitalization / report synthesis

Material Industrializer liaise between Material development and Manufacturing. Primary objective is to industrialize current raw materials, rubber components to industrial scale. Technical support for problem solving during normal production

Required Qualifications:




B Tech Chemical Engineering or Polymer Technology / Masters in Chemistry or Polymer Science with experience of Fresh graduates
Knowledge of materials and measurements
Knowledge of generic quality system
Robust team working skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
Valuable communication skills verbal and written
Demonstrated planning and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:
Scale up formulations from laboratory and pilot level to full-scale industrial production.
Digital literacy MS Office, Data analysis
Adaptability, Time management, collaboration, active listening
