Key Responsibilities
Deliver Classroom, NHIP, and Refresher training programs for field and sales teams.
Facilitate engaging, interactive learning sessions to enhance employee capability and performance.
Conduct assessments, provide feedback, and track participant progress.
Maintain training attendance, reports, and evaluation records.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of training programs.
Ensure adherence to training quality standards and project timelines.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of overall work experience.
At least 3 years of experience in training delivery.
Experience in Telecom, Mobile Handsets, Retail, Banking, or related industries preferred.
Robust communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively based on business requirements.
