Role & responsibilities
Service Delivery Management: Oversee the service delivery team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of tax services related to Pillar 2 compliance and advisory.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Leadership team and Local MFs, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Business Development: Identify and develop recent business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in Pillar 2 and global tax regulations to expand our client base.
Project Management: Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the team on complex tax issues, particularly those related to Pillar 2.
Compliance and Risk Management:



Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and manage risks associated with tax advisory and compliance services.
Team Leadership: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and qualified growth.

Preferred candidate profile
Understanding international and local tax requirements as well as US or Local GAAP and IFRS framework and ability to research technical topics efficiently and effectively.
Ability to research, read, comprehend and critically examine new tax pronouncements in order to have an informed point of view is a MUST
Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a rapid-paced environment.
