Role & responsibilities
Put together business cases for the sales team to support their proposals.
Work closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
Ensure that the companys solutions can deliver on the customers requirements.
Work closely with customers to understand and capture their requirements.
Respond to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
Present proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
Provide ongoing support to customers throughout their projects.
Produce detailed costings for customers and ensure that contracts are profitable.
Conduct needs analysis, solution positioning, business justification, and apply effective closing techniques.
Identify and resolve clients’ requirements while effectively prioritizing workload.
Work closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.




Attend meetings with Sales Managers and act as a technical expert.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work closely with sales, presales, technical, and project teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
Willingness and ability to learn current technologies and adapt to evolving security and surveillance solutions.
A proactive attitude with a strong interest in recent technologies and challenging projects.
Candidates with experience in AI Video Surveillance, IoT, Video Analytics, or Smart Security Solutions will be preferred.
