Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales by connecting with engineering colleges and institutions
Conduct meetings with TPOs, HODs, and decision-makers
Present and position Genesis offerings (CRT, internships, certifications, etc.)
Generate leads, convert opportunities, and achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure consistent follow-ups and closure of proposals

Solid communication and persuasion skills
Rapport-building and relationship management
Negotiation and selling skills
Skilled meeting and telephone etiquette
Ability to understand client requirements and position solutions

Knowledge Required:
Basic understanding of campus recruitment ecosystem
Awareness of corporate hiring trends and IT roles
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to source and manage data (LinkedIn, online research, etc.)
